The ancient town of Hoi An is located nearby Cua Dai where the Thu Bon River meets Danang Sea. It used to be the most busting trade center in South East Asia during 16th and 17th centuries while Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Dutch merchants landed and exchanging commodities. Coming along with trading process, Hoi An was built as harmonious multicultural combination. It was inscribed on the World Heritage List on the 4th, December 1999 for the well-preserved rich cultures vestiges for many generations.

Hoi An is known for unique architectural sites with ancient civil buildings, houses, worshipping and religious structures Besides the material heritage, Hoi An Town is an exceptional example in fascinating deep-rooted custom, belief, culinary and cultural activities in daily lifestyle. Ultimately, the tranquil and picturesque landscapes of Thuan Tinh Islet, Cua Dai Beach seem so attractive to tourists all over the world.

Travelers could either take taxis, buses, cyclo or hire motorbikes, bicycles; however, the best way to feel the very unique beauty of the ancient town is wondering all streets on foot.

    Chua Cau – The Japanese covered bridge built at different times by Hoi An talented workmen, it retains a harmony of architectural cultures of Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese.
    80 Nguyen Thai Hoc Ancient House – formerly as Chinese Herbs Store and the landlord owns the valuable old pottery collection.
    Trieu Chau Assembly hall (157 Nguyen Duy Hieu) – other name as Mr. Bon Pagoda was built by Chinese in early 19th century to worship the God of the oceans.
    Pottery Trade Museum (80 Tran Phu) – the beautiful ancient house which exhibits various treasures from drowned trade ships 400 years ago.
    Cua Dai Beach – 5 km from ancient town to the east, the beach is famous for blue fresh water, silky sand and sun shinning features.
    My Son Holy land – 60 km from Hoi An forward the south, including 17 temples and towers which shows the cultural and belief of Ancient Champa peoples.
