A: Child from 2 up to 12 years old travel alone is required to contact with booking office in advance. Reservation procedures applying to UM(Unacompanied minor) is regulated as follows: UM aged between 2 and under 6 years: be escorted by cabin crew. UM requirement must be informed at least 7 days before departure for arranging cabin crew assistance.The request is only accepted when cabin crew accept to provide such service. UM aged 6 and under 12 years: It is not necessary to arrange cabin crew to escort the UMs. Therefore, the requirements is required to inform only 24 hours before departure.
